![]() John C. Feltl, Chief Executive Officer Mr. Feltl is CEO and co-founder of Feltl and Company. He entered the securities industry with R.J. Steichen & Company in 1993 as a securities broker, and later, Principal and Director of Corporate Finance, focused primarily on emerging growth companies in the Midwest. In 2000, Stockwalk Group, Inc. acquired R.J. Steichen & Company and merged it with Miller, Johnson & Kuehn and John G. Kinnard and Company to form Miller Johnson Steichen Kinnard, Inc. (MJSK). Mr. Feltl was a member of Stockwalk's Board of Directors, as well as Principal of Capital Markets for MJSK. He left those firms in 2002 to start Feltl and Company. Mr. Feltl earned a BA in Management from Saint John's University in 1993, and a MBA from the University of St. Thomas in 1999. He holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst. |

![]() David A. Lantz, Senior Corporate Finance Executive Mr. Lantz is a Senior Corporate Finance Executive with over 13 years of experience. Mr. Lantz has broad industry experience including; restaurants, industrial, technology, healthcare and entertainment. Mr. Lantz earned a BA in economics and political science from Wheaton College, a MBA from the University of Minnesota, and holds the designation of Chartered Financial Analyst.

![]() Robert G. Parish, Corporate Finance Executive Mr. Parish joined Feltl and Company’s Corporate Finance Group in July, 2010. Prior to joining Feltl, Mr. Parish practiced law in Minneapolis at Faegre & Benson in the Finance and Restructuring Group where he specialized in bankruptcy law. Mr. Parish also clerked for the Honorable Robert J. Kressel in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Minnesota. Mr. Parish received his J.D. from the University of St. Thomas School of Law and his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Prior to his legal career, Mr. Parish served as Captain in the United States Air Force as an Intelligence Officer. |
![]() Shawn P. Bitzan, Syndicate Mr. Bitzan joined Feltl and Company in May of 2007 as an intern to serve as a assistant to the accounting department. In May of 2008 after graduating from the University of St. Thomas with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and Communications he was moved into the Corporate Finance department to manage syndicate offerings and assist in managing the back office functions of private placements. |
