Key Personnel
 Brent R. Rystrom, Director of Research Brent Rystrom joined Feltl and Company as Director of Research in early 2009. Brent has over 17 years of experience covering growth stocks primarily in the retailing and consumer areas. At Piper Jaffray from 1993-2004, Brent’s coverage ranked among the firm’s top 10% for institutional votes, revenues, and outside ranking services. He was named a Wall Street Journal “Best on the Street”, Starmine “Top Stock Picker” and “Top 10” Retailing Industry Analyst from Reuter’s. His most prominent coverage included Best Buy, Dollar Tree Stores, Family Dollar Stores, Guitar Center, Michael Stores, Polaris Industries, Regis, Sports Authority, and Tractor Supply. Brent left the industry in 2004, and built a family-owned farming and forestry company. He plans to primarily cover retailing companies for Feltl and Company, and a small group of agriculture-related companies. Brent is a 1987 graduate of the University of St. Thomas. |
 Ernest W. Andberg, Senior Research Analyst Mr. Andberg is a research analyst with over ten years of experience writing on emerging medical device companies. He also has worked on the buy and sell sides of the street as a financial analyst, served as the treasurer and head of investor relations for a publicly traded company and was a registered investment advisor. Recently, Mr. Andberg has won awards from the Wall Street Journal for being the Top Analyst in the Medical Equipment and Supplies sector for 2008, as well as a Starmine award for being the best stock picker in the Health Care Equipment and Supplies sector for 2008. Mr. Andberg has a BA from Carleton College and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business Administration at Harvard University. |
 Scott R. Berg, Senior Research Analyst Scott Berg joined Feltl as a senior research analyst in December 2009 covering Enterprise Software. Mr. Berg previously worked at ThinkEquity where he covered enterprise software and business services. He has spent 10 years in internal IT management with 2 brokerage firms and 3 years as a top national IT recruiter with Robert Half International. He holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management at the University of MN along with a B.A. in Economics from Minnesota as well.

 Mark E. Smith, Senior Research Analyst Mark Smith is an Equity Analyst with over four years experience covering restaurants and other consumer discretionary companies. Mr. Smith previously worked for Sidoti and Co. in New York City and earned his BA in Finance from Weber State University. Mr. Smith was named one of the "Best on the Street" in 2007 by The Wall Street Journal. |
 Matthew J. Weight, Senior Research Analyst Matt Weight joined Feltl as a Senior Research Analyst in April 2011 covering Health Care Services. Prior to joining Feltl, Mr. Weight worked on the buy-side of the street at Scout Investment Advisors as a Health Care sector analyst and at American Century Investments as an equity analyst. Mr. Weight formerly worked at Deloitte & Touch as a mergers and acquisitions analyst and began his career at Arthur Andersen in public accounting. Matt holds an M.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison Applied Security Analysis Program and a B.A. in Accounting from the University of St. Thomas. |
 Ben C. Haynor, Senior Research Analyst Ben Haynor joined Feltl as a research associate in October 2010. Prior to joining Feltl, Ben founded two technology startups – Taggart Communications and Spigot Games. Before launching those firms, Ben spent five years in equity trading at RBC Capital Markets with the last several years being spent as a NASDAQ market maker. Ben is a CFA charterholder and a member of CFA Institute and CFA Society of Minnesota. He earned a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Management Informantion Systems from Pennsylvania State University.

 Ty M. Lilja, Senior Research Analyst Ty Lilja joined Feltl in March 2011 as a Senior Research Analyst covering technology. Mr. Lilja previously worked at Craig Hallum Capital where he covered technology, alternative energy, and business services. He holds an MBA from the Carlson School of Management and BA in History from Bard College. |
